Presbyterian Women
Friday December 06, 2019

Earlier in the year, Presbyterian Women (PW) at Memorial invited Mrs. Tamani Cheeseman, a former Liberian Civil War victim, to speak during the Bible Study. As a result, the women were moved to provide a sizeable collection of toiletries to her people still living in the bush country in Liberia. The toiletries were sent to a Methodist Church there to be distributed by the minister to the needy families.

The members of Memorial Presbyterian Women (PW) are striving, individually and collectively, to be "Blessed Givers" in fulfilling Acts 20:35:

I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.
